Mutual interest required. A match indicates potential compatibility based on our evaluation criteria. Both parties must independently agree to connect, communicate, and pursue any business relationship. FORGE does not obligate either party to respond, team, or transact.
Do your own due diligence. Before entering into any teaming agreement, joint venture, subcontract, or business relationship, you are solely responsible for verifying the other party's credentials, clearances, past performance, financial standing, and legal status. TALON Labs and ProdX Labs are not responsible for losses, disputes, failed proposals, or any damages arising from connections made through FORGE.
Subscription terms. Monthly plans auto-renew and can be canceled at any time — access continues through the end of your billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year and offer a 20% discount. The Founders Edition requires a one-year commitment billed annually at $708/yr; after the initial year, your locked rate continues on an annual renewal basis. No refunds for partial periods. All prices in USD.
Data usage. Information you provide — including company details, capabilities, clearances, and quiz responses — is used to generate matches and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your profile is visible only to other FORGE members at your visibility level.
